update

So here's the update; Austin is now one and cuter than ever!! It took her almost a whole month after her birthday to start walking, but now she is climbing all over. Her first successful walk accross the room without falling was of coarse to her aunt danielle. we were at texas roadhouse for jeans birthday. Austin loves her aunt fanny!! She likes it when jean and danielle come over so she can play.

Our house is in the process of forclosuer, which is a blessing in a weird way. We were doing all the adons and stuff, thankfully we found out before the footing was poured for our block wall and could return the block. So a word th the wise "never ever get a mortgage loan from flagstar bank", they are not helpful or on top of things. they sent us a package to sign for the loss and litigations program we were doing and they put the wrong mailing address and by the time they figured out we did sign anything they said it was too late to do that program,(even though we were making the extra payments they told usto. they where holding that money in a seperate accoun) and we would have to pay $1,600 a month on a crappy small house to save it so we walked away.

We moved into a rental, we are doing a rent with the option to own to clean up our credit. they think we could approved for a new loan in a year but we will see. I kinda like renting that way they have to take care of repairs. I like the idea of buying this house cause we will know all they problems with it before we buy this time. it is 1200 sq ft. a huge upgrade for us. Three bed two bath and a nice backyard with a patch of grass!!! Its sad that thats my favorite part!! The landlords are cool and do not care if we paint or anything which is nice. Its all tile except for the room. which is so much easier to keep clean. I love having a playroom too!!Oh and its in mesa not aj and no scarry people walking by at all hours!!

We are excited for christmas, it will be fun this year. we hope you all are doing well and have a merry christmas!!

What a day!!

Achilles(the one i will be talkind about)

Today was a very interesting day, after getting seriously pissed off at brad for not taking me and austin to the zoo today(when he promised on sunday that we would go); i woke up to achilles (our rotti) whinning his head off cause he could not be out side with dad. We got concrete poured today for our room addition ( yay!!!!!!!!!). That was a whole other mess, when the tuck pulled in to pour the cement it hit the phone line, and ripped it out of our wall outside. I went running out cause it sounded like our house was being run over, and brad and his buddy spreading the cement were just barely realizing what happened; it was only when they saw the telephone post in our neighbors yard bending and ready to break that they noticed. Then brad decided to dig a little deeper trench where the laundry room will be and put the pick right through the pipe that leads to the septic tank. So thank the lord that his brother was off to come fix it other wise the cement would have gone bad and we would have had to pay for a new batch and the cost of the truck agian. In the end the guy did a great job on the cement and i was so excited till brads causin who, never comes over, came to see the cement slab and was telling brad how he should have done it a different way (which would have cost more) and then asking how he was gunna put the room together, and pretty much said he would not help even if he was asked. His causins can be jerks sometimes. oh well it will still get done.

Then i drove down to the pound to get achilles liscensed, to find the road closed. I am supposed to have it done by tomorrow or i get fined(a whole other frustrating story). I turned arround to come home and when i was turning off ironwood, achilles fell out of the truck. Thankfully he landed on his feet and the road was not busy. I had to pull over turn my hazards on and drag him back to the truck. He was so shaken he would not run to me. He was not hurt at all, but i got lucky, brad would have killed me if he was hurt!!

The day then took a change when we asked our neighbor(who i had no idea spoke english) if he would pay for half of the brick for a block wall that will be put up between our yards, well he is out of work for now so he said that if we pay for the block he will put it up on his side for free and then do it for like 90$ a day for the rest of our yard. That will be great for him and us, so hopefully we will have a block wall up in two weeks. Brads brother got a home depot credit card so the block will go on that and we will pay for half now and half as we can. If you are wondering where we are getting this money from it's from the second half of my trust fund.

To finish off the day at the park with austin, where she had a great tim in her wagon, and on the swings and slides. She was so cute waving bye to people and saying bye to them as they passed(well actually saying ba, but same thing). She had so much fun.

Every wednesday jean, danielle, and myself get together and watch project runway, i know we are so boring, but today i went to jeans appartment early so we could go shopping. Jean watches austin for me on the weekends when i work, and as soon as i walked thriugh the door austin was clinging to me with all the strength she had. it was so funny, but it amazed me that she knew thats where i leave her. poor thing was affraid i would leave her today, it broke my heart.

Its Game Day!!!!!

today we put austin in one of two of her cowboys cheer outfits. Brad was so excited, he thinks she is gunna wear it every day! its is so big on her, and despite the fact theat it's cowboys, she looks pretty good!! I no longer fit in with my family. I have no cowboys anything.

There is this commercial for J G wentworth that comes on tv that is like an opera, well austin loves this commercial. She was throwing a tis today and as soon as that commercial came on she stopped what she was doing and stared at the tv till the commercial was over. she does it every time, i need to record it so that i can put it on in her room when she sleeps

Yesterday Austin took her first step to her dad, Go figure!!! still exciting!!!

Brad has been driving me crazy with the whole football almost seven days a week. Austin is on the verge of walking (has been for a very long time), and is mimicking caughing, growling and clicking her tounge. I just remodled my bath room and it is now my favorite room in my house. sad I know.
